Jon’s career has been focused on technology services, either driving service revenue growth or managing and optimizing service operations. Jon started in Enterprise Mobility with companies such as Norand, Intermec and Symbol Technologies before transitioning to telecommunications. Prior to launching Swire Service Solutions, Jon spent 10 years as Vice President, Global Service Operations at Motorola, ARRIS and CommScope.

Greg’s career has been focused on operations optimization via closed loop processes leveraging IT systems. Greg started in IT, developing, delivering and enhancing business solutions that serviced the automotive and telecommunications industries as well as other electronics manufacturers and distributors. Prior to joining Swire Service Solutions, Greg spent 10 years in service operations as director of Global Business Operations at Motorola, ARRIS and CommScope.
